[HTTT] – TL-Stiftung Scholarship

P.CTSV information aboutScholarship Scholarship TL-Stiftung of the Organization TL-Stiftung for students in their second/third year participating in the program Exchange at partner university OTH Regensburg, Germany trong First Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Basic information is as follows:

1. Value of Learning Scholarship TL-Stiftung: 

• TL-Stiftung Scholarship covers living expenses  6,000 EUR/semester  For each student. Students cover the remaining costs themselves: visa application fee, round-trip air ticket from Vietnam to Germany, transportation expenses, and health insurance.
• Number of scholarships: Maximum 5 scholarships  for students of International University (number of candidates selected is determined by the Scholarship Representative).

2. Time Exchange Program: First Semester (Winter semester): From October 1, 2026, to March 14, 2027 (including the final exam period).

3. Location Study exchange Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Regensburg, Germany. OTH is one of the leading universities for applied sciences in Germany, distinguished by its training quality closely linked to practice and high student satisfaction. The university excels in training in science/technical fields and  Support for entrepreneurship for students, highlighting strengths in innovation and enterprise connectivity.

4. Eligible candidates: 

• Applicants are students currently enrolled  in their second year (sophomore) or third year (junior) in the following fields: (1) Information Technology, (2) Computer Science  (of the Faculty of Information Technology);  ngành (3) Electrical Engineering  (of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering – Electronics);  or (4) fields related to Mathematics  (of the Department of Mathematics) at International University.  
• Applicants must have completed two semesters of coursework at the time of application submission (including courses AE1, AE2, Cal1, Cal2);
• Applicants have not completed or have not registered for a graduation thesis (Thesis) at the time of application submission; and HAVE NO INTENTION TO REGISTER FOR A THESIS IN THE 2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR UNTIL COMPLETING THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM AT OTH Germany.
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 75/100, and no component course grade below 60/100 (excluding Physical Education, National Defense Education).
• Applicants must meet the health and mental condition requirements to participate in the one-semester exchange program abroad.
• Applicants facing financial difficulties and are unable to cover the costs of participating in the exchange program in Germany.
• Applicants must complete the application form before the deadline as specified.

Ineligible candidates for the Scholarship:

• First-year or final-year students at the time of application submission are not eligible for this scholarship.
• Students in exchange programs who have transitioned to study at the partner institution abroad or plan to Top-up in September 2026.
• Students who have already registered for a graduation thesis (Thesis) at the time of application submission, or plan to register for a graduation thesis (Thesis) in the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year;
• Students currently on a temporary suspension at the time of application submission;
• Students who have previously participated in an exchange program in two semesters;
• Students who have previously received the TL-Stiftung Scholarship;
• Other regulations  for ineligible candidates applying for the Scholarship in the 2026-2027 academic year  here.

5. Application submission guidelines: Students prepare the application dossier according to the guidelines and submit the application dossier before 23:00 on Friday, March 26, 2026.
