Dear students,

Based on Decision No. 808/QĐ-ĐHQT dated October 30, 2025, by the Rector of International University on the issuance of regulations on student commendation activities at International University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, and related documents;

International University has issued a Decision recognizing the titles of groups and individuals who have achieved outstanding results and awarding certificates of commendation from the Rector to groups and individuals who have achieved outstanding results during the 2024-2025 academic year.

• Deadline for submitting information:  Ngày 05/01/2026  (After this deadline, the Secretary’s Office will compile and respond. Any complaints submitted after this deadline will not be processed).

Note:

• For commendations related to academic performance and all-round development, students must meet the following criteria:
  • The number of credits per semester I and semester II of the 2024–2025 academic year (excluding summer semester) must be at least 15 credits
  • For the title of Outstanding Student:  Academic performance classified as Outstanding  (Average GPA for semester I and semester II, excluding summer semester) and average all-round development score for the entire academic year classified as Outstanding.
  • For the title of Good Student:  Academic performance classified as Good or higher  (Average GPA for semester I and semester II, excluding summer semester) and average all-round development score for the entire academic year classified as Good or higher (excluding cases where the student has already been classified as Outstanding).
  • For students on the list awaiting graduation, the University will commend students according to the regulations on graduation commendation for students.
• For commendations related to research achievements and academic competitions:
  • Students who meet the relevant criteria and have appropriate evidence.
  • Students are recommended by units (Departments, Subject Groups, Offices, Youth Union, Student Union) and are approved by the University’s Commendation Council).
