ADMISSION CONFIRMATION AND ENROLLMENT DOCUMENT SUBMISSION PROCESS
University Admissions Council of International University announces the process for admission confirmation and submission of admission documents for admitted students in the 2026 university admission year.
Implement in the correct order
03 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Confirm on the Ministry of Education and Training's system
Confirm enrollment online on the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system, except for candidates who graduated from foreign high school programs.

Choosing an academic plan; updating English proficiency certificate (if applicable); registering for Physical Education; accurately and fully declaring personal information.

Proceed with procedures at A2.104 Hall.
Submit application; transfer tuition and application fees; submit团员 register; receive admission notice.

Complete the service at A1.109 Hall.
Issue student ID card; provide housing, dormitory, health insurance consultation; receive the first-year student orientation schedule and student service information.
- Students without an English certificate participate in the English Placement Test directly at the University.

- The university will organize centralized health check-ups according to the guidelines of the local People's Committee and will announce this later.

III. FIRST-YEAR FEES
The School only collects tuition fees and related charges for students via the online payment system at nhaphoc.hcmiu.edu.vn.
Online payment
Scan QR code or access the official payment system of the School to make the annual payments.
Open Payment SystemStudents under the scholarship admission category still pays tuition according to the general regulations. After the scholarship list is approved, the Planning and Finance Department will transfer the funds into the student's provided account.

In cases where participants join BHYT for less than 15 months, the difference in fees is used to pay for the student's tuition.
IV. OTHER FEES
The following fees depend on the student's choices and registrations; the fee is paid to the service provider on the day of dossier submission at Room A1.109:
- Cost of participating in the 'About the Source' Special Topic.
- Cost of purchasing accident insurance throughout the study period at the University.
- Cost of attending soft skills courses as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
B · STUDENTS' REQUIRED REGISTRATION CONTENTS
I. FIRST-YEAR ACADEMIC PLAN
Programs Awarded by the International University
When enrolling online, students are required to choose one of the two plans:
Standardization Plan
Study subjects in the first-year curriculum with a credit load of 18–22 credits per semester.
Mitigation Plan
Study 12–15 credit hours per semester to have time for English language development; students can take the International University's English Enhancement Program or self-study.
International Linkage Program
- Candidates must have an international English certificate equivalent to at least IELTS 5.5; or a minimum level 4 according to the 6-level Vietnamese Language Competency Framework; or B2 according to CEFR.
- Candidates who do not meet the criteria are conditionally admitted and must take the entrance English test of the University. Students must meet the criteria within a maximum of 12 months from the date of the conditional admission decision; exceeding the deadline will result in disqualification from the program.
II. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST
General Provisions
- Students without an English certificate must take the Placement Test to assess their proficiency.
- Students are exempt from exams if they have a certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, equivalent to level 4/6 according to the Vietnamese Language Competency Framework.

- Students must bring their ID/Identity Card to enter the examination room.
- The University schedules students without a certificate on the same day as submitting admission documents.
Time and Examination Schedule
- Organize from August 17, 2026 to August 21, 2026.
- Morning session starts at 8:30; afternoon session starts at 1:00 PM.

Format, Sample, and Results
View Guide on Examination Formats and Sample Questions for 2026. Results will be sent via email and personal phone number after 03 days from the day of participation in the exam.
III. REGISTRATION FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION
- Students in programs awarded by the International University are required to take Physical Education (GDTC).
- Preference for registration is used as a reference when arranging the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year; courses may be adjusted to fit the department's schedule.
- Registration deadline: before 17:00 on 21/8/2026, to be implemented on the School's enrollment system.
