KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PERIOD 2021 – 2025
1. Complete the university self-governance model, create a breakthrough in management and improve operational efficiency, while fully leveraging all resources, especially human resources.
2. Strengthen internationalization of training and research activities, aiming to build competitive advantages in the context of increasingly deep globalization.
3. Complete the modern infrastructure system at the main campus, meeting international standards for education and research; build the first building at the nearby expanded campus and gradually bring the expanded campus into operation and use.
