Notice on Guidelines for Submitting Applications for Waiver or Reduction of Tuition Fees for the Second Semester of the 2025 – 2026 Academic Year
The Student Affairs Office (CTSV) hereby informs the time for receiving and reviewing applications for tuition fee exemption and reduction (MGHP) for the second semester of the 2025 – 2026 academic year, with detailed content as follows:

3. Procedure for Review and Payment of MGHP for Students
- Students will submit the new MGHP form (for students of Cohort 25 and new students submitting their first application for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year). Students who have previously been enrolled in MGHP will be added at the beginning of each academic year (for those who need to be added at the beginning of each academic year). - The Student Affairs Office (CTSV) will cooperate with relevant units to review applications, issue decisions, and disburse MGHP funds to students during the period. no more than 55 days working From the date of the notice of application receipt.

- Transfer the list to P.KHTC for payment procedures.
- Students should contact P.KHTC for support regarding issues related to MGHP.
Some important notes:
- Student Affairs Office không xét MGHP various cases of students not following the 02-step procedure and in accordance with the time frame specified above.
- In cases where students have temporarily suspended 1 or 2 of the nearest academic semesters, students not listed in the MGHP decision of the previous semester, students who have changed their student ID information, changed the MGHP category, or changed other information, must submit new supplementary documents according to regulations to update their information.
- In cases where students submit their applications after the deadline specified in the notice on the guidelines for submitting MGHP applications by the Student Affairs Office, the applications will be received and processed in the next semester. is considered eligible for the policy from the time of submitting the application to the Student Affairs Office as stipulated.
- During the study period, if the student’s family belongs to the category that has exited poverty, the student is responsible for submitting the document certifying that the household has exited poverty to stop the payment of tuition fees for the next semester.
- Students who are siblings studying at the same time in the same semester will be considered for tuition fee support starting from the second student.
