Notice on the Program for Students Borrowing Preferential Loans to Study at VNU-HCM for Semester 2, Academic Year 2025-2026 (Students who have already received a decision for prior loan approval)

To have a basis for considering continued funding for students who have been approved by the VNU-HCM Development Fund for interest-free loans under the “Program for Students to Borrow Preferential Loans for Studying at VNU-HCM”, the Student Affairs Office hereby informs all students about the Preferential Loan Program for the Second Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year of the VNU-HCM Development Fund, details as follows:

1. Loan Conditions

Students will be considered for continued funding if they meet all the following conditions:

• Students are not currently under disciplinary action or suspended from studies;
• The latest academic performance in the most recent semester is at least 60/100;
• The academic performance and conduct score for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year or the entire 2024-2025 academic year is at least 70/100;
• Students are currently studying in accordance with the training schedule of their unit.

2. Documents:

• Loan Request Form:  Download the sample here;
• Academic and Conduct Score Sheet for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year or the entire 2024-2025 academic year (The Student Affairs Office will assist eligible students in supplementing the documents; students do not need to submit them);

3. Loan Amount:

• Students may borrow up to the tuition fee for each semester, but not exceeding  20,000,000 VND/semester  (Twenty million VND).

4. Document Submission Period: From now until 16g00 ngày 15/04/2026 (Wednesday)

6. Steps to Submit Documents:

• Step 1:  Fill in the information on the form below:  HERE
• Step 2:  Submit all required documents as per regulations at the Student Affairs Office O1-105.
