Online Student Support Service

Dear students,
To help and support you better in your study and life at International University, the Student Affairs Office brings you the feature  new at the website of the Student Affairs Office, feature “Online Student Support”. With this new feature, the Student Affairs Office will directly  answer any student’s question (Within the capacity and duties of the P.CTSV) immediately to you. The online support time is  two days during the fifth and sixth weeks by the staff members of the Student Affairs Office.
In addition to asking questions about the services of the department, you can also chat, socialize, or seek advice. Regarding study, life experiences, and learning of the seniors, as most of the staff of P.CTSV are alumni of IU who remain at the school to work. Experience in study, student organizations, as well as life experiences when studying at affiliated institutions.

Dear our Students,
Inspite of better supporting for students in International University, Office of Student Affairs would like to introduce to you a new service at website of us – “Online supporting service”. With this new service, OSA will directly answer your question base on this chatting windows (in our ability and service duties). The time for students to get online support is entire Thursday and, Friday by our staffs at OSA.
Besides answering your questions, you will also get support or chat about your life experience at IU, studying time. Moreover, staffs at OSA are also IU’s alumni that have experience in Youth Union, studying at twinning university.

Description of using – Feature description:
1. This feature is found when you visit the website of the Student Affairs Office and see the line “Need support? Chat with us!” in the top right corner. 

This feature can be found when you connect to OSA website and see in the right corner “Need support? Chat with us”

2. Click to display the login information input window. On Friday and Saturday, the system will be online for P.CTSV to respond You will be asked to enter your information. You can enter it accurately or not, you can hide your name and enter a nickname if you feel uncomfortable. P.CTSV will not use your personal information for the purpose of identifying your identity.

In case the day is not Friday, Saturday, the system will be offline and unable to reply directly, however students can send their questions to be replied via email later.

In case of not Thursday or Fridays, this feature will be offline. So, you can only send us message and we will answer later

3. After logging in, type into the chat box to start chatting with the students

Then, type in chatbox to start a conversation with our staffs

Thus, you can go to P.CTSV to chat more comfortably as if at home, without needing to meet in person. All your questions and difficulties will be shared. You have the right to speak in English or Vietnamese, and the seniors will answer for you. P.CTSV wishes to support you in the most convenient way.
