Sleep is not just the end of the day, but also the beginning of a new day.
Just like summer vacation is not just the end of the school year, but also the preparation for the next year of study with more effort and the right approach.
Last year, have you ever felt like you were still studying, working, and living ‘normally’, but inside you felt quite tired, lacking motivation, or unbalanced? Sometimes, it’s not just about doing more, doing more that will fix things, but rather taking a moment to step back and reflect on where your life is currently at.
The topic ‘Well-being Map’ will be a space for you to:
Explore the aspects of mental health and overall life through the Wellness Wheel model
Review your current level of balance in study, emotions, relationships, rest, personal direction, etc.
Build your own ‘Well-being Map’ and set directions for sustainable small changes in your upcoming journey
This is not a session on ‘how to live positively’, but an opportunity for you to understand yourself better, identify your real needs, and learn how to care for yourself comprehensively, without being off-track.

This special topic will be guided by Ms. Pham Nguyen Thuy Duyen (Psychology Specialist, Fulbright Scholar – Drama Therapy) in the role of facilitator. A tip: Ms. Duyen is also a former student of IU and can somewhat imagine the pressures you may face on your journey to balance development and self-care. She will join you on the journey of self-discovery, understanding your inner self, and building a ‘Wellbeing Map’ that reflects your personal signature.
Looking forward to meeting you on the journey of building a more balanced and connected life with yourself ![]()
