SHCD Conversion Program, Round 3, Academic Year 2025 – 2026
Student Affairs Office announces the SHCD Conversion Program, Round 3, Academic Year 2025-2026 (June 2026) for students (SV), please read the following contents carefully:
1. Applicable Object:
– SV tham gia workshop in accordance with the regulations during the period from 21/3/2026 – 30/6/2026. Workshop list for students can be viewed at the end of the announcement.
– New students soft skills from 01/06/2026 – 30/6/2026.

3. Requirements: Students must choose one of the two following forms to participate in SHCD conversion.

5. Guidelines for Registration and Learning SHCD Conversion

6. General Notes
– Cases where P.CTSV will not resolve for students include: Students who registered the form (Step 1) not within the specified time, students who did not register the form (Step 1), students who completed the skill test and mandatory CD not within the specified time, students who are not eligible for SHCD conversion, …)
– Students who have already met the SHCD requirements according to the schedule, please not register for credit transfer, P.CTSV will not be responsible for refunding or resolving issues with students who intentionally paid for online soft skill courses but are not eligible for SHCD conversion in this session. Students should refer to the SHCD regulations at Chapter V, Regulations on Student Activities at International University.
– Requirements for completing the Soft Skills Assessment on WorkingSkills are trên 65% and for the mandatory topic are 50 points.
– Students are required to follow the time and requirements as announced. The Student Affairs Office will not handle any complaints or opinions submitted after the specified deadline.
– The Student Affairs Office will not address or respond to questions whose content has already been clearly stated in this announcement.
– Information regarding the conversion of SHCD will be continuously updated in this announcement.

SHCD CONVERSION WORKSHOP PROGRAMS (2026)
Students can accumulate participation in workshop/webinar/talkshow programs organized by the Faculties/Departments, Offices, Centers, Youth Union – Student Union to convert SHCD (Specific requirements are announced in section A)
