BHYT 2026_Notice on the Issuance of Health Insurance for 2026_Round 3 and Registration for Changing the Initial Healthcare Facility for Quarter 3/2026
The university hereby informs students and master’s students about the issuance of Health Insurance (BHYT) for 2026, round 3, and the registration of initial medical examination locations for the third quarter of 2026, details as follows:
I. REGISTRATION OF INITIAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION LOCATIONS FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2026
- Students registering before July 13, 2026 at the link: https://iuoss.com/doi-noi-kcbbd-quy-3
- Students should carefully read the requirements regarding the acceptance conditions of the medical facilities at the column ” Registration of Initial Medical Examination” see at: List of medical facilities for initial medical examination in the third quarter of 2026.
- The university will not accept or process applications if students select a hospital for initial medical examination that does not comply with the regulations.
II. HEALTH INSURANCE ISSUANCE FOR 2026 ROUND 3

- List of students who have not purchased BHYT for 2026 (as of June 22, 2026) – see HERE
2. Validity period of BHYT: From date July 1, 2026 to ngày 31/12/2026
3. Guide to install the electronic BHYT card (VssID):

4. Notes:

– Students registering to purchase BHYT for 2026 – Round 4 (BHYT card validity period: 3 months from October 1 to December 31, 2026) should follow and implement the notice at the Student Affairs Office website – iuoss.com. The estimated registration period for BHYT 2026 Round 4 is from 24/8 – 11/9/2026.
