Notice on the Registration of Commendation Awards of the VNU-HCM Rector for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
Dear students,
Based on Document No. 1759/ĐHQG-CTSV dated 22/7/2026 of VNU-HCM, the Student Affairs Office is implementing the commendation work for students and staff of the academic year 2025-2026 of VNU-HCM with the following contents:

2. Forms of commendation: Collective or Individual.
3. Achievements considered during the period: Academic year 2025-2026 (From 01/9/2025 – 10/8/2026).
4. Deadline for registration: 16g00 Ngày 10/8/2026 (Tuesday).
5. Registration documents at: Register for Commendation Certificate of the VNU-HCM Director for the academic year 2025-2026 – Fill out the form
Note:
– Collective/Individual please read the criteria; commit and take full responsibility for all the information declared about achievements and proof when registering.
– One proof/achievement can only be used for one criterion.
– Collective/Individual meeting multiple criteria, please fill out multiple times (One registration form for one criterion)
