Notice on Refunding Students’ Payment for Health Insurance 2026 and Transferring Excess Health Insurance Payment 2026 to the Student Support Fund
Based on Notification No.: 03/TB-KHTC dated January 19, 2026, from the Planning and Finance Department, the school hereby notifies students whose names are on the list regarding the refund of student fees paid for the purchase of Health Insurance in 2026 but who did not register for Health Insurance/purchase Health Insurance at the school, and the transfer of the remaining Health Insurance fees for 2026 to the Student Support Fund as follows:
- Students are requested to provide their account numbers via the following link: https://bit.ly/khtc-form-cung-cap-thong-tin-tai-khoan until January 25, 2026. After the above period, if students do not provide their account numbers, the school will transfer the remaining Health Insurance fees into the student’s edusoft tuition software. - For students who overpaid from 40đ to 9,000đ, totaling 122 students with a total amount of 68,670đ (sixty-eight thousand six hundred seventy đồng), will be transferred to the Student Support Fund (students with different opinions are requested to contact the Planning and Finance Department before January 25, 2026 for resolution). - To ensure the rights of students and the school, students are requested to pay the correct amount according to the regulations as announced.
