These are the guidelines and answers to common questions about the DRL (Developmental Rating Level) points for students of International University VNU-HCM. If students have any remaining questions that have not been answered, they can contact according to the instructions below for support.

Why is there a system change and how is the DRL scoring done?

What are the notes when students self-assess DRL?
My GPA conversion is incorrect?
I participated in an activity but cannot upload MC OR I do not see the list of MC activities to choose from?
Student’s points were added/subtracted incorrectly?
Why is the system not adding the items of points 2.1 and 4.1?
Students need to click ‘Save’ for the system to update these two points.
After self-assessment, the system does not save DRL?
Student accidentally saved DRL for a semester that has not been evaluated yet?
Currently, I am on academic leave and will return to study in the next semester. Do I need to self-assess DRL during the leave period?
For the semester you are on academic leave, you do not need to self-assess DRL. You only need to self-assess DRL for the semester that is currently requiring self-assessment and you are not on leave.
Are you studying the English Intensive Program? Do you still need to self-assess DRL?
Yes, students still participate in self-assessment. Students who do not have GPA for the semester will be assigned a temporary GPA conversion code.
How can I know which activities are recognized for DRL calculation?
If I participated in activities organized by units outside the university, will I get points? If yes, how?

After completing the IE/AE program, do I still need to self-assess DRL?
You have been confirmed in the activity, but the system does not display to add into the MC activity?
You are currently on exchange abroad/temporarily suspended, do you need to participate in grading DRL?
