P.CTSV informs all students about Scholarship Program for Students in Difficult Circumstances NH 2025 – 2026, details as follows:

1. Number of scholarships: 01 Scholarship

2. Value of the scholarship: 2.000.000 per/share.

3. Conditions for scholarship consideration:

Students facing difficult economic circumstances need financial support.
Students who achieved at least a “Good” grade in the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year
The University will conduct scholarship examinations, with priority given to the candidate who meets all the conditions.

4. The dossier includes:

Photo of the certified copy of the certificate of difficult circumstances, with confirmation from the local authority (if applicable)
Photo of the certificate, commendation letter for achievements (if any)

5. Steps to submit the application:

Step 1: Fill in all information at the form: https://iuoss.com/HB-SV-KK-25-26 before 23:59 on July 17, 2026 (Friday)
Step 2: Submit complete application documents to the Student Affairs Office – O1.105 before 4:00 PM on July 18, 2026 (Saturday)

6. Students can join the Zalo group chat INFORMATION ON SCHOLARSHIPS – INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (IU) to receive more information about scholarships outside the state budget programs.
