Notice of Results of the Third Citizenship Activities Conversion for the 2025-2026 Academic Year (Estimated)

1. List of students who have completed the SHCD conversion (estimated) at:  HERE  (Search by name).
2. Conditions for completing the SHCD conversion: Students view at the notice:  https://iuoss.com/qdshcdot32526/
3. Students perform the process of submitting inquiries (if any) regarding the SHCD conversion results as follows:
   • Step 1: Students submit inquiries regarding the SHCD conversion results at:  https://forms.office.com/r/03CjQJWvEq  before  23:00 on the day 19/7/2026 (Sunday).  CTSV will not handle any cases of inquiries regarding SHCD conversion after the above time.
   • Step 2: CTSV will respond to students’ inquiries from  day 20/7/2026 (Monday) to the end of day 23/7/2026 (Friday).  Students track the status  PROCESSING INQUIRY
   • Step 3: After the inquiry has been processed, students check again the results of completing the SHCD conversion (view at section 1 of this notice)  after day 24/7/2026 (Saturday).
4. In order to provide students with the opportunity to fully participate in the SHCD conversion but still missing the specialized topic test / missing submission of CV, P.CTSV notifies students who have not completed the specialized topic test / missing submission of CV to complete the specialized topic test / submit the CV, specifically:

4.1. Link to perform the specialized topic test, students only do the content of SHCD they have registered for conversion. Note: SHCD Conversion Test is not Working Skills Test (used to complete the Working Skills course).

4.2. CV submission link: https://iujobhub.com/recruitment-cv/ (note: submit Recruitment CV, not Resume CV)

4.3 Additional time to perform the test and CV to  by 23:00 on July 16, 2026 (Friday). P. CTSV will not process any additional cases after the above time.
