Selection of Students to Attend the AUN-SAN VOX Student Affairs Network Conference

Year 2025, International University Brunei Darussalam (Universiti Brunei Darussalam) first time organize the event  AUN–SAN VOX with the theme “Physical Health and Mental  spirit”, taking place from date 31/8 to day 04/9/2025 at Brunei. Detailed information about participating in the forum of VNU-HCM is as follows:

1.Number of   students VNU-HCMHCM attended: 01 Students. International University recommends 01 student for Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City to consider for admission.

2. Candidate standards:

– Students enrolled in the regular university system at member and directly affiliated training facilities;

– Has good communication and presentation skills in English;

– Has solid knowledge of history, culture, economy – Vietnam society;

– Have knowledge about ASEAN and Vietnam’s integration process into ASEAN;

– Awareness and initiatives to enhance the position and role of youth in the region  việc xây dựng ASEAN community of peace and prosperity; has knowledge and understanding about the topic of the program;

– Priority to student organizations leaders (Youth Union  – Hội Sinh viên) or students with outstanding achievements in learning and self-cultivation.

3. Kinh phí

The organizing committee covers the cost of accommodation, airport transfer, domestic transportation during official trips, and meals for students.

– The school supports costs for students participating: 5.000.000đ

– Students attending the program are responsible for covering other living expenses outside the program;

– Registration Form (download sample HERE);

– 01 essay in English (minimum 300 words, free format) outlining the role of a leader 01 students in enhancing 01 awareness 01 about mental health 01 Digital pressure and formation 01 The habit of seeking help for students in the university environment.

– Copy of the passport homepage;

– Copy of the English language certificate (if applicable).

5. Registration Steps

– Step 1: Students provide information via the form: HERE

– Step 2: Students submit all original documents directly to the Student Affairs Office (O1-105) during office hours from now until 16g00 ngày 25/7/2025 (Friday).
