Notice of the 2025 Health Check-up Procedure – Final Round
The school guides the 2025 health check-up process – FINAL ROUND as follows:
1. Time of medical examination (estimated): from date 25/11 – 26/11/2025 (Students choose 01 day)
- Morning session: from 7:30 to 11:00
- Afternoon: from 13:00 to 15:00
- Note: Depending on the number of students, the health check-up at the hospital may only be organized on November 25, 2025.
2. Location of examination: International University Library – 2nd Floor

(The list of students who have registered for self-paid medical check-up can be adjusted if students switch to on-campus health check-up or NO SUBMIT Official Health Examination Certificate in Accordance with Regulations
4. Examination Process:

| Step 3:Khám Lâm Sàng | Students to the areas: Blood Pressure – Blood Pressure Monitoring and COURSES / PROGRAMS | Library –Level 2 |
| Step 4:X-ray Imaging | Students implement X-ray Imaging (Only for students who have registered for outpatient examination) | According to the hospital’s guidelines |
| Step 5:CONCLUSION | Students come Committee on Conclusion /think to summarize the dossier | Library –Level 2 |
Note:
- Unit price First Screening: 290,000 VND/student (including outpatient examination, clinical examination, and medical record compilation / health classification)
- Unit price Periodic Check-up: 90.000đ/student (including clinical examination and dossier compilation / health classification)
5. Notes when undergoing a health check:
- Items to bring: Citizen Identity Card / VNeID, Photo card 4×6 cm (white background), water, pen…
- Take blood sample for testing (if any) in the morning and fast from breakfast (do not eat or drink, except for water, for 8-12 hours before the examination); sleep well, do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours; clothing: do not wear tight clothes, jewelry, etc.
- Review family medical history, prepare questions to discuss with a doctor (if any)…
- Student who registered for self-paid medical check-up and submitted complete documents ignored this notice.
- SV KHÔNG health check-up at the university or Do not submit self-supplemented health examination certificate From November 17 to November 28, 2025, the matter will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2.4 of Appendix 2, Student Affairs Regulations of International University.
