Registration for the first session of Soft Skills Credit for Civic Life (SHCD) in the 2025-2026 academic year

*This SHCD supplement round is for cases where students are DEFICIENT in SHCD for the semesters DK, GK, CK up to 4:00 PM on November 3, 2025. Students who have already met the SHCD requirements according to the schedule are kindly requested to not apply for advanced registration.– Students should carefully review the content in the notice:

1.Students register for courses BEFORE November 14, 2025 at: FORM

Students need to fill in the registration information into this form before starting the course registration on the Working Skills page. The university will cross-check the two lists to confirm that students have passed all the required skills (over 65% when taking the test). 

2.After registration, students go to the page https://www.workingskills.net/all-courses/ to find courses with the keyword HCMIU-SHCD to register for courses.

3.Students register, take courses, and complete the test before 3:59 PM on SUNDAY, December 14, 2025. Students can re-register for the course (each time registration allows taking the test twice. The university will base the final result on the final outcome.

– In case students forget their account information (for students who have previously studied on the web in the past), there are 2 options: Use the ‘Forgot Password’ function to reset the password, or send an email to workingskills.contact@tme.edu.vn clearly stating Full name, email, mssv to have Working Skills assist in reissuing the account.

– In case students still show the old course they have studied (for students who have previously studied on the web in the past), students send an email to workingskills.contact@tme.edu.vn Please write down your full name, email, and student ID for Working Skills to provide support Reset account.

  1. Students must follow up on content related to registration for SHCD conversion after passing the skills.
  2. For any technical, system, or student-related issues, please contact the fanpage:  https://www.facebook.com/IUonlinesoftskills
  3. Students who register to participate in Soft Skills courses are responsible for their registration and test results. The university has the right to refuse to resolve or respond to students who do not comply with the above requirements.

If students do not take Soft Skills courses for conversion, they can complete SHCD through the following methods:
– Participate in workshops organized by the university, department, or faculty (Workshops must be registered with the Student Affairs Office and used for conversion)
– Register for concentrated SHCD courses as announced by the university.

* Each student must participate in 04 SHCD sessions, including:
SHCDDK: First semester of Year 1 (reception for new students)
SHCDGK: Year 2
SHCDGK: Year 3
SHCDCK: Year 4 (end of the academic year)
