Three Pathway Options with University of the West of England

University of the West of England is an international partner of International University – VNU-HCM in joint degree programs across four fields of study.

Depending on the field, students can choose transition programs 2+2, 3+1, or 4+0 programs organized by International University.

Three Training Models: 2+2, 3+1, and 4+0
Four fields: Business Administration, Biotechnology, Information Technology, and English Language.
Transition period in September every year.
Partner Scholarship 1,000 British Pounds for Students Transitioning to the United Kingdom.

Tuition Fee for Phase 1 at International University: approximately 63–67 million VND/year.

Tuition Fee for the 2+2 and 3+1 Programs

Tuition Fee for Phase 2 of the 2+2 and 3+1 Programs: approximately 410–490 million VND/year.

Tuition Fee for the 4+0 Program

Biotechnology with BioMedical Orientation 4+0: Year 3 approximately 1.05 billion VND; Year 4 approximately 1.35 billion VND.
English Language 4+0: approximately 78 million VND in year 3; approximately 135 million VND in year 4.
Information Technology 4+0: Year 3 approximately 124 million VND; Year 4 approximately 135 million VND.
Business Administration 4+0: Year 3 approximately 117 million VND; Year 4 approximately 135 million VND.

Student Activities Fee in the United Kingdom

Student Activities Fee for Phase 2 of the 2+2 and 3+1 Programs: approximately 400 million VND per year.

Partner Scholarship

Partner Scholarship Equivalent to 1,000 British Pounds for Students Transitioning to Study in the United Kingdom.

Model-Specific Conditions

2+2 Program: GPA in the first stage must be at least 50/100; IELTS must be at least 6.0 with each skill at least 5.5.
3+1 English Language Program: GPA in the first stage must be at least 50/100; IELTS must be at least 6.0 with each skill at least 6.0, or IELTS must be at least 6.5 with each skill at least 5.5.
4+0 Program: GPA in the first stage must be at least 50/100; IELTS must be at least 6.0 with each skill at least 6.0, or IELTS must be at least 6.5 with each skill at least 5.5.

Transition Period

Transition round is organized in September annually after students meet all the program requirements.

Complete the courses in Phase 1 for the Transition Program.
Prepare dossier according to the program guidelines.
Meeting the corresponding input requirements of the University of West of England.
