Top priority
Quality is one of the priorities in the Universitys development strategy; quality assurance and improvement are integrated into the governance and all activity areas of the University, with the participation and responsibility of all units, individuals, and stakeholders.

Alignment with orientation
The quality policy is developed in alignment with the vision, mission, strategic objectives, and development orientation of the University; it aligns with the quality assurance policies and orientations of VNU-HCM, relevant regulations, and stakeholder requirements.

Specification of objectives
The quality policy is specified into quality assurance objectives, targets, plans, and activities of the University and its units; ensuring clear identification of implementation responsibilities, timelines, expected results and outputs, data and evidence, and methods for monitoring, assessment, and improvement.

Appropriate review
Based on the general quality policy of the University, policies, objectives, and quality requirements for activity areas are developed, implemented, and reviewed in accordance with the functions, duties, and development requirements of the University.

Public communication
Quality policies and objectives are communicated and disseminated to units, individuals, and stakeholders; they are publicly announced according to regulations and serve as a guiding basis for planning, implementing, monitoring, assessing, and improving activities.

Assessment and adjustment
Quality policies and objectives are periodically reviewed, assessed, and adjusted when necessary based on implementation results; monitoring, assessment, and benchmarking results; data analysis; stakeholder feedback; and changes in the operating context and the Universitys development orientation.
