To support the assessment of students' achievement of program learning outcomes, the OQA has developed the PLO measurement software. The system helps standardize measurement, data collection, and analysis processes, ensuring transparency, objectivity, and continuous improvement of training quality.

To support Schools/Departments in implementing the assessment of student achievement of Program Learning Outcomes (PLO), the OQA has developed procedures, guidelines, and implementation plans for PLO measurement via the PLO measurement software. These tools help unify measurement, data collection, and analysis methods, ensuring transparency, objectivity, and continuous improvement of training quality.
